We simply adore all of
Reaver's daughters and she has 4 of them in the herd. Lou and her
sister, Milly, are just stunning little does. They are both very growthy
kids, especially Milly, who towers over other kids her age. Both are
extremely correct and level over their toplines, sharp over their
withers, clean and dairy through their necks. Both does have great
spring of rib and both excel in width of escutcheon and outstanding feet
and legs. We really like the strength of feet and depth of heel on
both of these kids. While Lou was not shown, Milly was and was 2X 1st
and 2X 2nd as well as 1X RGCH Jr. Doe in strong competition.
Their dam, Reaver, is a truly dairy doe
excelling in dairy strength. She is extremely sharp over her withers,
long and lean in the neck and smoothly blended in her shoulders. I would
like to see her a bit more level over her topline but she has one of the
most outstanding mammaries in the herd with a high wide rear udder,
long, smoothly attached fore udder and one of the prettiest arches we
have with perfect teat placement. Reaver is also a heavy producer
peaking out at over 15# per day this lactation.

We are excited about all of these young does. Lou and Milly are 2 of 5
Newly daughters and all are just outstanding, powerful young does
strongly resembling their sire!
Both Lou and Milly will be dry yearlings for 2027. |
