What can I say about Haven?
From the very first minute after she was born, we knew she was going to
be one to watch and she certainly proved us right. This doe just oozes
general appearance. She's long, tall at the withers and extremely level
over her topline. She excels in front end assembly being smoothly
blended through her neck and shoulders. She also has tremendous width of
chest and escutcheon and, to top it off, she stands on a beautiful set
of feet and legs....and the fact that she is very personable and flashy
is just icing on the cake.
Haven's dam, Brooke, is a big
powerful doe with tremendous body capacity, width and a lovely mammary.
Haven was 5X 1st place
Intermediate kid, 1X 2nd place, 1X RGCH and 3X GCH Junior Doe and was
mentioned as a close 2nd to the BJDIS in 2 rings.
Haven certainly grew up this
year!! She went from a very stylish intermediate kid to a
powerful, still stylish dry yearling with a tremendous amount of body
capacity and width. Haven was 2X 1st, 2X 2nd, 1X GCH and 1X RGCH at the
Mid-MN Classic this year.
She will be bred to Legacy for February kids. $400....kids will be American LaMancha. |
